What to Expect from a Heating Oil Delivery Service

When your heating oil delivery arrives, expect the driver to fill your tank from the truck using a hose, then provide an invoice. They usually check for leaks and can discuss current pricing. Delivery windows are often wide, like a morning or afternoon, so be flexible. You'll need clear access and an unlocked fill pipe. Payments are typically due on delivery unless you have a pre-arranged credit plan.
