<p>모바일 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 자금이 핸드폰 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이처럼 경우 스마트폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 하지만 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 스마트폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 때문에 승인 취소가 불가하다.</p>

<p>소액결제 현금화는 상품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 이후 인증번호 등 정보를 기업에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 당장 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 필요한 사람들이 대부분 사용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 가능성이 높아 아이디어통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있습니다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 불어나고 있다면 구글이 최대로 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.</p>

<p>인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 휴대폰 소액결제로 주문한 제품에 대한 환불 방식이 오픈마켓과 소셜커머스 등 유통채널에 준순해 차이가 있는 것으로 보여졌다. 오픈마켓은 '포인트'로 환불 해주는 반면 소셜커머스와 대형 온,오프라인몰은 계좌로 '현금' 지급하고 있을 것이다.</p>
