Our little congregation really comes alive on Saturday mornings when the youth group hosts pancake breakfasts, and everyone's welcome, even if you've never set foot in a church. Then there's the monthly potluck, where Esther always brings that weird but delicious jello salad, and we laugh until it's dark. It's not all formal services; sometimes it's just people showing up for each other.
