Cheap cigarettes usually mean a harsh throat hit and a smell that clings to your jacket like a bad memory. You grab them at the gas station, the pack looks faded, the foil peels oddly, and the taste is almost metallic, but they get the job done when money's tight. There's no smoothness, just a quick burn and a lingering cough that makes you wonder if saving a few bucks was worth it, especially when the filter starts to collapse halfway through.
